About Me
Hi, I'm Siobhan.
I’m a design leader with more than 10 years’ experience building products, systems and teams at Meta, Salesforce and Flutter. Three companies that have very little in common, apart from scale, complexity and a healthy supply of acronyms.
I specialise in turning complex problems into clear, best in class experiences. Over the years, I’ve worked across global platforms, consumer products, enterprise tools and highly specialised B2B products, helping teams connect user needs, business goals and technology.
A big part of my work has been building and growing design teams: creating the conditions for designers to do their best work, strengthening the role of research, establishing scalable design systems and helping product and engineering teams work more closely together.
I believe great design leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about asking better questions, creating clarity when things feel messy and building systems that allow more people to contribute, create and make confident decisions.
Today, I’m particularly interested in how AI is changing the way we design and build products. The tools may be moving faster than ever, but judgement, curiosity and a deep understanding of people still matter most.
